Coach’s
Paul has been mentoring coaches and technical staff in the USL, MLS and English Football League over the past 10 years. His consulting includes but is not limited to media management, psychological support, scouting and recruitment, managing the boardroom, managing budgets, periodization, selecting staff and building programs.
Youth Clubs
Paul has worked in numerous youth clubs in North America and UK to support their growth, programs and coaching standards. His audit program allows his team to find areas for improvement to develop your program into a leading solution for young players. His youth network also allows for sharing of information between clubs to improve the overall standard.
College Programmes
Paul has worked with college programs over the past seven years and is highly connected across North America. His knowledge and understanding of making a professional soccer player has been a critical resource for college programs to use as a consultant and work with the players to improve understanding of how to get to the MLS and USL.
I have known Paul for over 30 years and during that time we have both played and coached together. He is vastly experienced across all levels of football and brings a wealth of knowledge in both the development of clubs and players. Perhaps more importantly though, is that Paul has both empathy and integrity; values that I would want to associate myself with.
